Advanced Production Lines & Strict Quality Control

Precision Manufacturing - Our factory is equipped with CNC gear grinding machines, hobbing equipment, heat treatment lines, and CMM gear inspection systems. We produce gearboxes with accuracy up to DIN 5–6 grade.

Standard & Custom Models - We manufacture R, S, K, F series helical gear reducers, ZQ/ZDY/ZLY/ZSY hard-tooth-surface reducers, RV worm gearboxes, and non-standard units based on drawings or samples.

Quality Testing - Every reducer undergoes material inspection, in-process gear measurement, assembly verification, dynamic load testing, and noise/vibration check before packing. All products meet CE and ISO standards.

Customization Services - We support custom labels, nameplates, and packaging. Special output shafts, flanges, mounting positions, non-standard ratios, and voltage/motor adaptations are available upon request.
